And I ended up with shingles, Lyme disease, parasites, EBV, Candida, chronic pain, reflux, constipation, bloating, fatigue—and a body that no longer felt safe to live in.
That’s when I learned this truth: restriction doesn’t rebuild digestion—it depletes it.
Now I teach a nourish-first approach that helps people eat more foods with fewer reactions—without fear, guessing, or rigid rules.
